Cowboy music, the "Running Man", and gypsy jazz, we cover all of it in this week's lesson. Aldrine starts things off by talking about how you can get the most from the information in Solo Secrets Revealed, and lays out a road map of various UU courses to help users better understand the material. We discuss the different types of slack key tuning and the advantages and disadvantages of each, and somehow end up swapping stories about "making do" music and musicians. Then Aldrine finally meets his match with a question from a left handed uke player, and we call in Ryan (our resident lefty) for a guest appearance. Aldrine redeems himself with a great and simple tip for dealing with a tricky chord progression, before jumping into a discussion on gypsy jazz. He explains the importance of speed and accuracy for that type of music and shares his method for practicing "The Running Man" technique. Lastly, Aldrine plays us out with a little preview on the baritone ukulele.
