The BEST Way to Hold a Chord

Watch the newest episodes of Webcam Sessions!

This time on Ukulele Webcam Sessions, Matt explains how the best way to hold a chord isn't always the conventional way. He talks about how you can make chord transitions easier by adding or subtracting fingers rather than switching them. As an example, Matt demonstrates a couple of creative ways to hold a common G chord.

If you want to hear Matt go into more detail about this subject, check out his very first installment of Ukulele Webcam Sessions Ep.1 – How to Switch Chords Faster. And UU+ Members: if you want to level up your chord game, check out Essential Chords and Essential Chords 2. Both of these courses teache you the most commonly used chords on the ukulele, and the practice MP3's will get you comfortable switching between them.
