On this lesson of Songs Made Easy, you'll learn how to play "Escape (The Piña Colada Song)" by Rupert Holmes but as covered by Jack Johnson . This song uses only 2 simple chords, it really doesn't get much easier than that!

If you want to challenge yourself a bit more, check out our Escape Uke Lesson. It's also in the Key of D like this lesson, but Aldrine also teaches you a strumming pattern with added bounce, and a catchy picking solo.

When we want to take it easy, we like to play "Escape" on our Aloha Friday Live Jams. You can check out this Jam Replay to play along with Aldrine. He does use the more challenging strumming pattern, but you can make it as simple or as bouncy as you'd like.

Stick around for more Songs Made Easy. We'll be streaming a new lesson every Thursday at 2:15 PM (HST). You're more than welcome to tune in LIVE and ask questions in the chat. Next week, they guys will be away so we won't have a new Songs Made Easy Lesson. After that, we'll have 2 more song lessons and on the last Thursday, we'll be jamming and reviewing the songs from this month.
