Watch Aldrine play Margaritaville in a previous Aloha Friday Jam
In this Whiteboard Request, Aldrine covers “Margaritaville” a popular song among ukulele clubs. Unlike many simplified versions of the song, which stick to D, G, and A chords, Aldrine includes a few more chords to better mirror Jimmy Buffett’s version. He also goes over a simple strumming pattern and teaches you a fun little intro.
Techniques Used in Lesson:
How to Chunk
How to Switch Chords
How to Hold Multiple Strings with One Finger
How to get the tab for the solo portion of Margaritaville?
