Hey UUers!
Welcome! Come in, have a sat, and fire up the old video player … it’s time for Uke Minutes! This week, Aldrine expands on the concept of “The Box” demonstrating its use on Movable Chords and scales. Take a look, try it out, and let us know what you think!
Thanks a TON for kickin’ it with us in the Underground – we got more exciting stuff coming up for you soon, so stay tuned & keep strummin’!

can someone tell me the best sized ukulele for beginners
good lesson !
I like the concept of the “box”. Notes and chords in the “box”. Thanks.
Good lesson. I having been using this with guitar for years. Now I just need to memorize some other scale patterns in the open position (such as G and A)because my ukulele neck is only 12 frets long and I am limited to where I can move each pattern to. (Can’t get to B or Bb with the Open C pattern). I know the patterns because I can play in different modes. I just need to pay attention to which scales they actually are.
