    Hi everyone.

I’m in So. Cal. I KNOW I have no musical bone in my body. My mom tried me on Violin, piano, recorder in grade school. I tried guitar for a few years in college. Enjoy music, just can’t play and sing them.

My small kids picked up my old guitar and wanted to learn. Bought them 2 cheap ukuleles instead so they can destroy and have fun and proper size.
Short story- I picked one up and enjoyed how easy it is to learn!!

I have dreams of family memories of playing and singing all together. I look fwd to learning in this wonderful site and community.

    Cheers!

Welcome unmusical dad from this unmusical grandpa. I pick up the uke in a similar scenario. Grand Daughter wanted to play guitar. I bought her one. Hands too small! I bought her a Uke which she quickly set aside. I traveled with the Uke and began to play it. Now I play “my” uke every day for an average hour. So relaxing and it brings me joy.
