I had a twelve month membership which lapsed but have been very busy with work lately so not had much opportunity to practice.
As the Covid 19 virus has have forced me to be locked down and working from home for the foreseeable future, I decided to pick my ukulele back up and I have signed back up to UU+ for another 12 months.
Just had another go at the Whats Up lesson. I used to play that song just strumming chords so I’m very happy that after about an hour of practice today, I seem to be able to do the finger-picking part now as well.
I’m really looking forward to going through some of the tracks in the songbook again and having the ukulele by my side to keep me sane whilst i’m locked up.
Link to a video I made today and apologies for the vocals
just because I cant sing, does not mean I wont sing
