Aldrine, could you please teach us “Get Lucky” by Daft Punk. Although the song has only four chords, I think the instrumental covers by Jake Shimabakuro and Andrew Molina (YouTube links below) provide a great teaching tool in that they utilize chord inversions up and down the fret board, incorporate some fingering with the chords and require some relatively complex strum patterns. It looks like Jake and Andrew are both using the Gm-Bb-Dm-C chord progression in their renditions. It’s a fun catchy song and I think it would allow for adding complexity once we students have the chord and strum basics down. Thanks! Rob Jardine
