    Hey guys
I have a 6 string ukulele ordered and I have been asked if I wanted it tuned
with octave pairs at the C and A strings, so the tuning is g-c/C-e-A/a, where the upper case letters represent the lower octave.
I have also heard of the a strings being in unison though.
I would prefer to go the most standard/traditional tuning for ease… I found d’ addario strings with the doubled string on both.. do you know if this is this the standard way?

    Or have any other insight?
    Thank you!
