    Mahalo for the great demo, was the bass amplified ?

    Bakithi is the man. The uBass he’s playing in the video is fretted (although Kala might be releasing some fretless basses in the future) and it was amplified (we just set a mic in front of the amp to pick up the sound).

    I got mine (fretless) from George Kaye at Kaye’s Music Scene in Reseda, CA. Had it shipped to my house in the midwest. Tell George that Mike Hiland told you to call! He is a great guy.
