Why can’t I login?
If you have registered for the forum, you won’t be able to login as a UU+ member and vice versa. To have access to the UU+ content and be a part of the UU forums requires 2 separate accounts. Sorry for the confusion.

I have a UU+ account, why can’t I see the UU+ Videos?
Please contact support, your account may not have been set up properly. We will take care of that for you as soon as possible.
How do I cancel my UU+ account?
To cancel your UU+ account, login and click the ‘UU+ Home‘ link from the top menu. At the bottom of that page you should see a link to cancel your subscription. If you have any trouble canceling please contact support as we will assist you right away.

What kind of ukulele should I buy?
If you are a beginner, we recommending finding something in the $100 range. These are good starter ukuleles as they should be built well enough to stay in tune and be relatively playable unlike most of the cheaper ukuleles that you may find. It will be good enough to learn how to play and you’ll be able to determine if you really enjoy playing the ukulele. If you don’t enjoy it, you’re only out $100 and if you find that you love to play the ukulele, you can start to save for something better.
