Play-Along with Aldrine on this song HERE!

Hey UUers!

It’s the first of May and that can mean only one thing – (May Fools? nope!) a brand new episode of Uke Lessons! This time it’s “1234″ by the Plain White T’s – chickity, check it out!!

There have been a few threads about this song in the Forum, and tons of UUers who are Plain White Ts fans, so we decided to make this one official. Watch the lesson, give it a go, and drop us a line and let us know what you think!

Our April 2009 Ukulele Give-Away “All Things Reggae” Contest is now closed and it’s time for the judging to begin. There were more than 150 videos submitted and it might take some time to distill and deliberate, but we’ll be sure to announce the winner as soon as we find out! Who will be victorious? Check back here to find out!

Hope that May brings you great weather for some outdoor uke shreddage – be sure to strum loud and ring in the Spring!

Aloha,
-UU Staff

I was wondering if you could cover Come On Get Higher by Matt Nathanson.
I have been trying to figure it out for a long time and I haven’t gotten it yet. I figured if I’m gonna ask fo rhelp with it I should ask Aldrine since I’ve learned a lot of my uke skills from him!
