UU Cali Tour is officially over!
July 24, 2008
What a night. Around 200 people showed up to our final stop on our tour at Island Bazaar in Huntington Beach CA. They stopped letting people in at around 160 and thankfully let the late comers stay outside and watch. You may view the pictures from last night as they get posted here:
Last night was the icing on the cake to an amazing week. The three of us would just like to say, mahalo nui loa (Thank you VERY MUCH) to everyone who came out to one of our shows or events. Without you peeps the Ukulele Underground would be nothing and your support means the world to us. It was a pleasure meeting all of you and we are looking forward to seeing you all again very soon. This was an experience that we will never forget.
So I guess the only question left to ask is, where should the UU dudes stop on their next tour?

Where to next? How about some east coast stops.
I just want to say that the guys at Ukulele Ungerground completely blew us away. Aldrine on ukulele, Ryan on guitar, and Aaron on camera! Wow, Aldrine, you have shown the world things that have never been done with a ukulele before.
We at Island Bazaar have got a new ukulele idol. The next time Ukulele Underground tours California, EVERYONE WILL PAY ATTENTION!!!
Ears will be buzzing for weeks around here. Thank you guys so much for a legendary concert.

it’s about time to go to the ukulele roots and visit madeira island! after that you can do a europe tour if you want.
Thank Guys,
The Concert was Great. I hope you enjoyed performing as much as I did watching you play. Now I’m going to go home and practice with my “Play It Loud” DVD by Jake.
It actually wasn’t too bad outside the doors. There was a cool breeze and good weather. I wish I could have let everyone in. It was a pleasure to meet all of you. And thanks for trusting me on the sound board. Come back anytime.
