What I’m still wondering is,are the frets themselves roomier on the larger sizes? I’m considering a larger size ukulele because it’s so hard to do a D chord on a soprano size with three fingers all smooshed together on one fret.

    What’s the info on this?

    Thanks,
    Sherry

just take one finger (pointing finger) to get it done, bro ;-) just a little practice. you could also use ur thumb from the upper part of the uke. sometimes works as well…
I have a soprano and a Tenor Uke. both beautiful ladies :-)
